Job summary

ZF Aftermarket Malaysia is seeking a data governance professional to lead OE data research and catalog operations, driving governance, process standardization and data quality across regions.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams, develop documentation, define KPIs, and support continuous improvement in a multinational shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process management, catalog management, or product/master data management.
• Experience in global or regional shared services environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, product data management tools, and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of OE & Catalog data governance principles, automotive industry, and IAM products.
• Experience with process management and workflow tools.

Reporting to Head of Global Catalog & OE Data, the incumbent drives governance, operational excellence, and product data quality for global OE and Catalog operations by standardizing processes, improving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across regions.

Key responsibilities
