Job description

What you'll do

• Coordinate team to solve production quality issue and ensure the issue closure
• Collect and review product yield rate and coordinate team to do continues improvement
• Lead customer QPA/QSA
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate team to resolve issues
• Assist MPM to resolve customer quality related requirements
• Establish quality control plan and ensure the manufacture process follows the control plan requirements
• Review RMA status and drive team for quality improvement
• Perform product FAI and generate FAI report

What you'll need

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• More than 3 years’ experience on Production or Process Quality Assurance / Management
• Proficient in quality management tools and methods, including SPC, MSA, QCC, FMEA, PMP, QEC, 8D reports, and SCAR.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
