Job summary

BEWONDER HOLDING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Product & Creative Designer in Sabah to develop packaging, create social media visuals, and support new product launches. The role emphasizes consistency with the brand identity and collaboration with suppliers and marketing teams.

You will manage print-ready artwork, coordinate with printers, and contribute to retail materials and promotional campaigns to strengthen market presence.

Responsibilities

• Product & Packaging Design – Develop creative designs for product packaging, labels, boxes, bottles, stickers and other product-related materials.
• New Product Development (NPD) – Support new product development from initial concept, visual direction and mock-up through to final artwork.
• Marketing & Promotional Design – Design promotional posters, campaign materials, flyers, banners, buntings and other marketing collaterals.
• Social Media Creatives – Create engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee and other digital platforms.
• Brand Consistency – Ensure all product and marketing designs are aligned with the company's brand identity, guidelines and visual direction.
• Artwork & Production Preparation – Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and printers on design specifications.
• Product & Campaign Launch Support – Develop product visuals and creative materials required for new launches, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Retail & Event Design Support – Prepare point-of-sale materials, promotional displays, event/roadshow materials and other retail marketing visuals.
• Market & Design Research – Research competitor packaging, market trends and creative trends, and recommend new design ideas or improvements.
• Design & Asset Management – Maintain organised design files, approved artwork, mock-ups and proper version control while completing assigned projects within deadlines.
