Job description

Duties / Responsibilities :

  1. You are to report to our Managing Director/CEO, Superior, and HR Department.
  2. Responsible for new product development, quality testing, handling complaints of products - Skin Care and other new products of the company, machineries (salon & home use), nail, and eyelash.
  3. Assist in providing in-house training courses on machineries (salon & home use), Skin Care, and other new products. Initially, training may be conducted together with the supplier; thereafter, it will be conducted by you as an assistant consultant.
  4. Plan modules to educate retail staff on Skin Care and other new products, machineries (salon & home use), pedicure, manicure, and modern eyelash techniques.
  5. Attend all fairs and events related to machinery, nail, and eyelash products of the company.
  6. Conduct research and development on imported products and report findings to management.
  7. Assist the Marketing department with product information for advertising and promotional purposes.

Requirements :

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in the beauty industry or FMCG, with exposure to sales-related fields. Equivalent work experience is acceptable.
  2. High motivation with the ability to create a positive, engaging environment with team members, marketing, and sales teams.
  3. Possess a car and valid Malaysian driving license; ability to travel frequently.
  4. Internet and social media savvy.
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work beyond contractual hours when needed.
  7. Good multitasking and organizational skills.
  8. Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  9. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
