About the role

Join ZBOM SDN BHD as a Product Consultant and become a vital part of our dynamic team. This full-time role, based in Tanjung Tokong, Penang, offers you the opportunity to engage with clients and help them transform their living spaces with our premium products. With a focus on the interior design industry, you’ll leverage your product knowledge and consultative sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive results.

What you'll be doing

Provide professional consultation to walk-in customers on product offerings.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable design concepts, materials, and product solutions.

Prepare and present quotations or proposals based on client requirements.

Follow up with leads and ensure excellent after-sales service to build long-term relationships.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Assist in showroom upkeep, visual merchandising, and customer experience.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Attend training, product briefings, and industry events when required.

What we're looking for

Female, aged 35 and below.

Previous experience in the interior design, furniture, or home improvement industry is preferred.

Minimum SPM or Diploma; background in interior design is a strong advantage.

Able to communicate in English and Chinese.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Sales-driven, confident, and customer-focused.

Pleasant personality with a passion for interior design and client servicing.

Willing to work in a showroom or retail environment.

High basic salary with attractive commissions and incentives.
