Position: Product & Business Development Manager (Pharma) - Hospital Care / Women’s Health

Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of launch plans, including Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning, and Execution for the Malaysian market.
- Marketing Planning (40%)
- Driving brand performance through strategic planning and market penetration strategies, including prelaunch and go-to-market activities.
- Developing programs to maximize field sales efforts, such as sample strategies and sales meetings.
- Creating annual brand business and budget plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Allocating resources effectively to adapt to market dynamics and competition.
- New Portfolio Exploration and Business Development (35%)
- Developing patient flow models and product forecasts based on analysis.
- Conducting market insights for new products, including data analysis and HCP insights.
- Building business cases for new portfolios, including pharma and consumer health products.
- Presenting business pitches to principals.
- Marketing Implementation (25%)
- Formulating and coordinating marketing activities to launch and promote brands, collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Building relationships with key customers, thought leaders, associations, and industry players, and implementing KOL strategies.
- Managing brand budgets efficiently.
- Developing promotional materials and programs timely to deliver effective marketing messages.
- Supporting CME activities and conducting product training for the field force.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, proficient in English.
- 2-3 years of product management experience in a pharma MNC.
- Experience working in a generic company as a sales representative or product manager.
- Knowledge of healthcare channels: GP, private and public hospitals, retail pharmacies.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and agility in managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with digital and analytics pilots.
- Detail-oriented with active listening skills.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and written abilities. Shortlisted candidates will complete a business case project.
- Strategically focused, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
