Then come in and joinMalaysia team as Product Specialist (Angiography), to provide deep technical knowledge in the Cardiology, Interventional Radiology and in the Surgical specialties in an assigned portfolio and advice both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to choose, use and integrate Siemens products and solutions effectively. You will be responsible to advance the business goals of the Healthineers sales organization by implementing key marketing concepts and providing technical content expertise in order to support the sales success and customer satisfaction for the respective modalities or services.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Solution/Product Expertise:

  • Maintains knowledge/expertise in product, technical and market changes in the Angiography and Mobile C-arm market.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert (sales, technical and clinical applications) to Account Managers and other Siemens sales stakeholders.
  • Develops and fosters professional networks within the healthcare industry of the assigned portfolio focused on the Cardiovascular / Interventional Radiology and Surgical Departments.

Technical & Product Marketing:

  • Develop and adapt marketing materials, including presentations, videos, and leaflets, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Understands local competitive and market landscape for proper product positioning.
  • Provides feedback to business line on usability and customer opinions.
  • Identifies opportunities and develops sale programs for target areas (e.g. new, replacement opportunities, competitive conversions)

Sales and Clinical Support:

  • Ensures smooth order handover to Project and Customer Service departments.
  • Participates in joint calls with sales team (product demonstrations, customer presentations).
  • Prepares quotation and tender / technical submission.
  • Provide feedback on product usability and customer opinions to the business line for product improvement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and product adoption.
  • To be responsible in funnel management and forecast quality: Sales Funnel, Quarter Project Updates, Win / Loss Analysis.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Engineering / Medicine / Radiography / Imaging / Medical Physics or an equivalent academic education
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing / sales with successful track record in business building.

  • Commensurate understanding and experience of healthcare delivery with demonstrable. experience of understanding customer pain points / requirements and creating proposals to fit their needs.
  • Demonstrable expertise in healthcare industry with practical experience on sales and customer management.
