Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues.
Product Expertise:
Developing a deep understanding of the product or product line, its features, benefits, and applications, to effectively address client needs and provide solutions.
Needs Identification and Solutions:
Identifying client needs and developing tailored solutions using the product, often involving collaboration with internal teams like sales, marketing, and support.
Sales and Upselling:
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Client Communication and Support:
Providing timely and effective communication to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the product.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction, and providing regular reports to management.
Contract Management:
Managing contract renewals, negotiating agreements, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Working closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and coordinated efforts in serving clients.
Addressing and resolving client issues and escalations related to the product, working with relevant teams to find timely and effective solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
Essential for building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing effective support.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills:
Needed to identify client issues and develop tailored solutions.
Sales and negotiation skills:
Useful for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and for managing contracts.
Product knowledge:
A deep understanding of the product and its applications is crucial for effectively serving clients.
Useful for managing multiple client accounts and coordinating with various internal teams.
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferable at least 1 year experience in account management, customer success, or product management.
Written and communication skill in English , Mand4rin and Bahasa Malaysia, additional language is an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Ability to work independently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
