About the role

Finlit Media Tech Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and creative Producer to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in bringing our creative vision to life. As a Producer, you will be at the heart of our content production operations, overseeing projects from conception through to delivery. You will work collaboratively with creative teams, technical staff, and stakeholders to ensure that every production meets our high standards of quality and innovation. This role is essential to our company\'s ability to deliver compelling media content and programming that resonates with our audiences.

What you\'ll be doing

• Overseeing end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production planning and scheduling to post-production and final delivery
• Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within allocated financial parameters
• Collaborating with creative teams, directors, writers, and technical staff to develop and refine concepts and creative direction
• Coordinating with external vendors, talent, and third-party service providers to secure necessary resources and services
• Monitoring production quality standards and implementing quality assurance processes throughout all stages of production
• Conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback to production teams to maintain high standards
• Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders
• Problem-solving and managing production challenges to minimise delays and maintain project continuity
• Contributing to the development of production strategies and best practices within the organisation
• Liaising with clients or internal departments to understand requirements and ensure deliverables align with expectations

What we\'re looking for

• Proven experience as a Producer in the media, broadcasting, or content production industry, preferably with 3+ years in a similar role
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards
• Excellent understanding of production workflows, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production processes
• Proficiency in production management software and tools commonly used in the industry
• Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities with experience in cost control and resource optimisation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and problem-solving collaboratively
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex production schedules
• Knowledge of broadcasting standards, technical specifications, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with digital media production and emerging content formats is a plus
• Bachelor\'s degree in Media Production, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field is preferred
