Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 9–12 years of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and financial systems expertise. The role focuses on designing, developing and implementing enterprise solutions for banking, insurance, and financial services.

You will lead technical delivery, perform integrations with financial systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing performance for high-speed transactions.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of Dynamics 365 development experience in financial services.
• Experience with banking or finance domain is a plus.
• Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript and Power Platform skills.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, API integrations and data security.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS and Azure DevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 9 to 12 years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial System Integration: Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 with financial applications and banking platforms.
• Customization & Compliance: Configure Forms, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to meet financial regulations.
• Data Security & Governance: Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption for financial transactions.
• Automation & Reporting: Utilize Power Automate and Power BI for financial analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and security within financial Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure high-speed financial transactions.

Skills And Experience

• 6-8 years hands on experience in D365 Technical development and best practices. (full stack developer)
• Experience in banking domain is an added advantage
• Core skills : C#, .NET, HTML, JScipt,
• Cloud expertise: Microsoft Azure, Logic apps, Function apps, Power apps, GIT, VS
• Experience in integrations (API, SSIS / batch)
• Experience in ADO pipeline will be an added advantage
• Experience in SSIS / migrations will be an added advantage

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, Masters
• D365 certs are added value (nice to have)
• 15+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) within financial services.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial applications.
• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience SSIS, XRMToolBox and Kingswaysoft.
• Languages: English
