Job Description
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals within the Shared Services structure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing ongoing coaching, support, and development.
Procurement Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operational procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management.
Procurement Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance procurement processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Team Lead should have:
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role, preferably within a Shared Services or regional hub environment.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
Experience in SAP system is a plus.
