At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in purchasing or supply chain roles

Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and address any performance issues.
Oversee the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
Assist in audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
