• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Finance, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or retail industries, with familiarity in Southeast Asian supply chain processes.
• Proficient in end-to-end procurement processes, strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), capable of handling purchase orders and invoices.
• Skilled in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint for procurement reporting.
• Basic finance knowledge, familiarity with payment reconciliation and compliance documentation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (for communication with suppliers and cross-border teams).
• Basic Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure.
• Possess a valid driving license (for off-site procurement).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain quality supplier resources to optimize the Southeast Asian supply chain.
• Conduct regular audits of supplier qualifications (quality, cost, delivery capability), and eliminate underperforming vendors.

2.Procurement Execution & Cost Control

• Formulate procurement plans, execute purchase orders, follow up on delivery status, and handle urgent or on-site procurement needs.
• Analyze market trends, lead price negotiations to reduce costs, and monitor budget implementation.

3.Finance & Compliance

• Manage payments, reconciliations, and invoice processing to ensure alignment with company financial policies.
• Draft and review procurement contracts to ensure terms comply with Malaysian laws and regulations.

4.Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

• Oversee material inbound/outbound processes at Malaysian warehouses, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize turnover rates.
• Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely material supply and follow up on delivery issues.
