Job Summary:
  • Candidates should be available to work:
    • Monday to Friday: Morning shift
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required.
Job Description:
  • Review all data in the BOM and source materials/components per MPN, Manufacturer, Description & Drawings.
  • Prepare quotation packages, monitor RFQ processes, and document concerns, discrepancies, & issues related to new/bidding projects.
  • Manage suppliers professionally, ethically, morally, and legally.
  • Plan, source, and develop new suppliers based on price, quality, and lead time.
  • Coordinate supplier selection, qualification, and conduct Supplier Audit Programs (SAP) with SQE.
  • Monitor supplier performance, consolidate data, and prepare quarterly performance reports.
  • Maintain system data entry, ASL setup, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage product price lists, approved suppliers, and contract agreements.
  • Participate in cost reduction activities and savings programs.
  • Coordinate interactions between the Material department and other departments.
  • Drive early supplier involvement, meet bill of material cost targets, and conduct sourcing timelines.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Be a team player, adaptable to organizational changes, and flexible.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety practices, SOPs, work instructions, policies, and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; engineering background preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing/automation, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing.
  • Initiative-driven, organized, and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP software is an advantage.
