Procurement & Sourcing Executive — Fresh Grads Welcome!

Handle procurement of raw materials and corporate/premium gifts that match our brand’s quality standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers — especially in China.

Communicate and negotiate directly with Mandarin-speaking suppliers to secure the best deals.

Ensure all items meet specifications and pass quality checks.

Conduct cost analysis to drive savings without sacrificing quality.

Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure reliability and consistency.

Work closely with the sales and production teams to align sourcing with timelines.

Keep organized records of quotations, comparisons, and communications.

Stay on top of trends in fashion, textiles, and new product launches.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or any related field.
