Your new responsibilities

1. Follow up on Purchase Orders and communicate with users for follow-up.
2. Assist with troubleshooting in the system.
3. Maintain information records.
4. Convert PRs associated with contracts to POs. Create POs from accepted SRMs.
5. Provide support and advice to end-users and suppliers regarding products, purchase orders, and invoices.
6. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction in a challenging Shared Services environment.

What we look for

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Procurement experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and ARIBA is an added advantage.
• Experience involved in process improvement projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• This position is based in Georgetown, Penang.
