As a Procurement Project Management Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of project management activities, including the end to end project management process in a fast paced, complex business environment. You will work within a team of collaborative colleagues, working on high-impact projects that move the business forward. You will help your team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for senior leadership regarding the status and project of the project.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop procurement strategies
Execute procurement plans, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
Analyze market trends and conduct supplier evaluations to identify potential cost savings opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities
Oversees and coordinates the operational and strategy creation aspects of sourcing projects
Partners with Category and Commodity leaders to create strategy and drive projects to completion
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers
YOU MUST HAVE
Extensive experience (5+ years) in Contract Management and Negotiations
Proficient in Data analytics tools such as Excel
WE VALUE
Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
Extensive experience in sourcing & procurement
Working and/or Leading in Matrix and complex Team Environments
Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management
Team Leader experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business
Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project
