- Process and verify vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proper records of procurement and payment transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and APAC financial regulations.
- Support monthly reconciliation and reporting related to procurement payments.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in procurement and payment workflows.
