We're looking to add a Procurement Officer located in Shah Alam, Selangor to support our teams and contribute to our growth.

Job Descriptions:

1. Analyze purchase requests from user departments and determine the appropriate method of purchase.
2. Inquire about quotations and assist in selecting external providers.
3. Liaise with local authorities for local and import purchases.
4. Coordinate and resolve problems with end-user departments and external providers.
5. Communicate with external providers regarding pricing, delivery expediting, or disputes related to delivery orders.
6. Trace and follow up on outstanding orders with external providers.
7. Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure they are received by external providers.
8. Perform any special tasks on an ad-hoc basis as needed.

Skills and Personalities:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Maths, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and write in Chinese to facilitate communication with overseas suppliers (China and Taiwan).
