Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tender projects and Request for Proposal events for sourcing purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies for all purchases.
  • Process contract renewals timely.
  • Handle PRs and create new MM codes.
  • Manage operational issues related to procurement and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct market surveys for suppliers and products.
  • Contribute ideas to improve system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Create Contract Workplace (CW).
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, International Trade, Marketing, or Social Science; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
