Your new company

Our client is a renowned brand, celebrated for crafting F&B products enjoyed worldwide. Their products cater to diverse tastes and occasions, making them a popular choice amongst consumers globally. They are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to strategise and manage the effective utilisation of the overall marketing spend per annum through cost analysis, review exercises, process improvement and efficient sourcing processes.

Your new role

In this role, you will be fully responsible for:

  • Engage business and budget owners in a collaborative manner to plan their procurement needs in line with company policy effectively and efficiently.

  • Evaluate the performance of suppliers, producing regular vendor rating reports and discussing the results with internal stakeholders (including the buyer) and the supplier(s) involved.

  • Manage contract cycle, lead, and carry out negotiation activities with key vendors for continuous improvements.

  • Manage governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets, and comply with corporate and regulatory policies; as well as to be involved in the ICFR, procure-to-pay module process for respective categories’ procurement activities.

What you'll need to succeed

    Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant experience
    Minimum 5–7 years in FMCG industry with working experience in procurement or supply chain management, at least 3 years managerial experience in Procurement
    Added advantage: experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, marketing, or corporate services procurement
    Strong interpersonal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
    Versatile, organised, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
