Procurement Manager (Construction)

The Procurement Manager reports to the Deputy Director and assists in all procurement matters in Main Contract as well as Sub-Contracts connected to the project.

• A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:
• Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, comparison, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Manage contract agreements effectively.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in contract management/ procurement for building projects.
