Job description

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.

Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage long-term vendor relationships.

Analyze market trends to anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and mitigate risks.

Manage the procurement budget and track KPIs to ensure cost savings and efficiency.

Oversee the purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment in accordance with company policies and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Inventory, etc.) to forecast demand and plan purchases.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.

Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.

Implement procurement systems, policies, and tools to enhance transparency and traceability.

Lead and mentor procurement staff to foster a high-performing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPM, CSCP) is a plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Solid knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
