This role requires a degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of experience, along with strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to reduce cost and improve material quality
• Ensure department works according to the control policies and compliance
• Prepare and improve department KPIs, monitor and impose continuous improvement
• Ensure sufficient supply of materials to support production according the production plan
• Work closely with Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) and Marketing team to react to market changes with inventory replenishment/adjustment
• Develop and strengthen supplier base for stable supply and risk mitigation
• Perform supplier assessment to drive for supplier performance improvement
• Exercise purchasing cost control and monitoring to ensure low acquisition cost
• Enforce the compliance on the code of conduct

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Operation / Business Administration
• 6 years of relevant experience
• Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels in the organization and suppliers
• Analytical mindset with good problem solving skill
• Good leadership and in execution
• Can work in details and persistence
