- Develop and execute purchasing strategies to reduce cost and improve material quality
- Ensure department works according to the control policies and compliance
- Prepare and improve department KPIs, monitor and impose continuous improvement
- Ensure sufficient supply of materials to support production according the production plan
- Work closely with Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) and Marketing team to react to market changes with inventory replenishment/adjustment
- Develop and strengthen supplier base for stable supply and risk mitigation
- Perform supplier assessment to drive for supplier performance improvement
- Exercise purchasing cost control and monitoring to ensure low acquisition cost
- Enforce the compliance on the code of conduct
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Operation / Business Administration
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels in the organization and suppliers
- Analytical mindset with good problem solving skill
- Good leadership and in execution
- Can work in details and persistence
