  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goal
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with raw material and goods suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
  • Oversee the full procurement lifecycle – from needs assessment to payment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
  • Manage and monitor procurement budgets to control costs and identify savings
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance for informed decision-making
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain (e.g., disruptions, cost volatility)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier partnerships
  • Track KPIs, prepare procurement reports, and conduct performance analysis
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members to meet targets and maintain effective operations


about the requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in beverages
  • Proven experience in managing supplier contracts and negotiations
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards, especially in food and beverage products
