The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering and extensive experience in procurement management. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Responsible for procurement of goods and services and have sound technical knowledge and expertise.
• Devising and execution of procurement sourcing strategies and partnership with our reliable suppliers.
• Drive cost saving and value engineering projects for the company.
• Comply and enforcing company Procurement Policies and SOPP.
• Review, compare and analyze products or service to be procured.
• Provide technical & commercial assistance to the team to develop technical awareness of manufacturing process and improve technical competency.
• Lead the Procurement Tendering Process, Procurement Audit, ESG and risk analysis.
• Ensure availability of materials and parts to support operations.
• Research and Assess Suppliers performance, quality, cost, delivery accuracy and service.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost optimization utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice and tools & methods.
• Lead and develop the team members align to company vision & mission.
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
  
  Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor Degree in Electric & Electronic Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical procurement roles with 3 years in managerial position.
• Good in negotiation skills and networking.
• Strong analytical & technical knowledge and proven problem identification and solution abilities.
• Able to understand Bill of Materials and Technical Drawings.
• Highly organize and detail oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
