Job description

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to drive cost savings and quality improvements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to achieve optimal terms.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, equipment, and indirect supplies.
  • Analyze market trends and assess risks to ensure supply chain resilience and cost stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure procurement supports broader operational goals.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning teams to maintain optimal stock to support production schedules.
  • Generate regular procurement reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, vendor relations, and cost optimization.
  • Proven negotiation and leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of international logistics and trade compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
