- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to drive cost savings and quality improvements.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to achieve optimal terms.
- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, equipment, and indirect supplies.
- Analyze market trends and assess risks to ensure supply chain resilience and cost stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure procurement supports broader operational goals.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning teams to maintain optimal stock to support production schedules.
- Generate regular procurement reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, vendor relations, and cost optimization.
- Proven negotiation and leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and procurement platforms.
- Solid knowledge of international logistics and trade compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
