  • Expected salary: RM7,500 - RM9,500 per month

    SENIOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

    Job Description
    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing the best deals with suppliers
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and procurement needs
    • Conduct market research and identify new potential suppliers to expand our vendor network
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and conditions
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and prevent stock-outs
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize the supply chain and distribution processes
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency
    Job Requirements
    • Preferably a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the manufacturing industry
    • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite
    • Familiarity with inventory management principles and supply chain best practices
