Overview:

We are seeking a capable and experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across our cruise and marine operations. This role covers end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and logistics coordination for both technical marine systems and hospitality-related equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in procurement for cruise, or hospitality environments and can operate across multiple categories in a dynamic, project-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with technical and engineering teams to support project execution, refits, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure all products meet marine-grade standards and comply with classification and flag requirements.

2. Cruise Hospitality & Hotel Operations Procurement

  • Oversee procurement of hotel and galley equipment, furnishings, guest amenities, and operating supplies.
  • Collaborate with hotel, F&B, and housekeeping teams to define specifications and ensure timely delivery of goods for onboard use.
  • Manage vendor sourcing for both initial fit-out and recurring operational needs.

3. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Build and manage a reliable supplier base across Southeast Asia, China, and global markets.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
  • Maintain long-term vendor relationships and track performance through KPIs.

4. Logistics & Compliance

  • Coordinate inbound shipments (land, sea, air), including customs clearance, warehousing, and final delivery to yards or vessels.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgetary controls, and marine industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and inventory data.

5. Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with project managers, marine operations, hospitality leads, and finance teams to align procurement timelines and priorities.
  • Support cost estimation and planning during new project mobilizations or seasonal ramp-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in marine, cruise, offshore, or hospitality sectors.
  • Familiar with sourcing both technical and non-technical goods (e.g., machinery, furnishings, galley equipment, soft goods).
  • Strong knowledge of regional and international suppliers, shipping terms, and import/export regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, documentation, and vendor management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with overlapping priorities.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Marine Operations, or related field.
