• Drive the development and implementation of cost-effective procurement strategy;

• Continuously refine procurement process to enhance control and achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness;

• Develop and implement risks mitigation strategies;

• Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensuring timeliness and effectiveness of goods and services sourced;

• Ensure achievement of departmental key performance index (“KPI”);

• Monitor and manage key performance index (“KPI”) of every procurement executives/engineers;

• Negotiate contracts and deals with suppliers in the interest of the company;

• Ensure all procurement processes are executed in compliant with company’s policies and law and regulations.

• Review purchase requisition and make recommendations considering commercial and technical factors;

• Carries out any other instructions given by the superior(s).

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or field related to supply chain.

Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role and within a manufacturing environment with China procurement experience will be an advantages.

In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, contract management skill, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements specific to manufacturing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on manufacturing challenges.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with manufacturing personnel.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including those in production and operations.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
