B. Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ and above experience in supply chain or procurement within a related industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Management preferred; certifications (e.g., CPP, CISP) are a plus.

Solid knowledge of industry practices, procurement processes, and negotiation techniques.

Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
