  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services
  • Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing leadership, guidance and performance management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions
  • Analyse market trends, supplier performance and inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align procurement activities with broader business objectives
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline procurement processes and introduce innovative solutions
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, best practices and industry regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
