Procurement Executive / Senior Executive

About the role

Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Executive / Senior Executive to join our team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services to support our distribution and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing, terms, and conditions.
2. Issuing purchase orders, monitoring order status, and following up on deliveries.
3. Maintaining and updating the procurement database and supplier records.
4. Collaborating with the Marketing/Sales department to understand and meet their procurement needs.
5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Providing regular procurement reports and analysis.
8. Conducting local and overseas farm visits, attending exhibitions, and traveling as required.

What we're looking for

• Diploma holder with 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in FMCG or related fields.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to converse in various languages and dialects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
