• Manages GASP Data of the region; creation and updating of Vendors and non-stock Material Codes in SAP.

• Facilitates necessary training sessions on GASP core processes within GASP and with relevant departments. Ensures compliance with cooperation processes during procurement daily operations.

• Acts as key user for Spring project implementation for Symphony with multiple site settings for centralized purchase.

• Executes PR to Pay process in SAP for the region; coordinates with Shared Service Centre, vendors, etc., promotes auto-payment processes.

• Serves as key user for all procurement-related IT tools (SAP, SDT, BravoSolution, etc.); assists in training, support, and troubleshooting.

• Conducts sourcing and procurement activities for non-industry supply; vendor qualification, RFQ management, negotiation, nomination, PO, delivery, payment.

• Prepares monthly KPI reports for the region.

Required Profile

• 0-3 years’ experience in procurement or administration functions.

• Experience in SAP project settings is preferred.

• Ability to work in a multinational environment and with a global team.

• Good communication skills, open-minded, team player, willing to assist others.

• Proficiency in English (oral and written); Malay is a plus.
