Qualifications

  • Expérience dans la préparation des appels d'offres et des processus d'approvisionnement est un avantage.
  • Compréhension des systèmes de e-procurement et MyProcurement est un plus.

Responsibilities

  • Préparer et gérer les documents d'appel d'offres, s'assurer de la conformité pour les projets gouvernementaux.
  • Superviser les contrats et gérer la mise en œuvre après avoir gagné l'appel d'offres.
  • Évaluer et améliorer les processus d'approvisionnement et de gestion des appels d'offres.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing and Managing Tender Documents:
    • Prepare detailed tender quotations based on client requirements and specifications, especially for government projects.
    • Compile all supporting documents such as price schedules, technical details, and supplier documents to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
    • Review and verify that all information in the tender is accurate before submission.
  2. Managing & Monitoring Contracts:
    • Supervise contract agreement processes after winning the tender, including monitoring contract implementation and ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
    • Manage contract changes or variations through negotiations with suppliers and clients to resolve any issues.
    • Prepare periodic progress reports and keep all stakeholders informed about the project's status.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Evaluate and improve procurement and tender management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Recommend new procurement strategies to increase the company’s competitiveness in securing tenders.
    • Monitor industry trends and technological developments in procurement and supply chain to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in procurement and supply chain management or related fields.
  • Experience in tender preparation and procurement processes is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, especially in dealings with suppliers and clients.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of e-procurement systems and MyProcurement is a plus.
