Job Description

A leading company in the consumer goods industry is seeking a proactive and resourceful procurement executive to oversee and optimize indirect procurement activities across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and procurement operations that align with the company’s financial and sustainability goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate indirect procurement initiatives, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Drive competitive tendering and procurement processes that meet commercial, technical, compliance, and ESG standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners to understand and fulfill purchasing needs.
  • Ensure alignment with internal procurement policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain supplier contracts, monitor performance, and support vendor relationship strategies.
  • Oversee daily procurement activities, including documentation, approvals, and system-related processes in alignment with company standards.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and procurement reporting where necessary.
  • Contribute to procurement-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably with a focus on indirect categories (e.g., services, IT, marketing, facilities).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or procurement systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
