Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new products proposal and reordering process
- Conduct market surveys for price comparison
- Monitor warehouse and store inventory levels
- Produce, review reports, and forecast with relevant teams
- Monitor sales performance of products
- Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and counterparts
- Identify and shortlist suitable suppliers and manufacturers
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay; Mandarin is required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
- High sense of urgency
- Strong communication, planning, coordination, and monitoring skills
