Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting department head on all related matters
  2. To deal with QM issue, daily follow up and reply email accordingly
  3. To collaborate with china supplier, do market survey and comparison
  4. To coordinate with purchasing department and provide support to all departments including audit SOP, logistics, travel arrangements etc.
  5. Establish good relationships with all team members from various departments.
  6. Able to work closely with purchaser, warehouse, logistics and etc. in providing excellent coordinating requirements
  7. To performs other related duties and ad-hoc task as assigned job.
  8. Able to travel when it is needed.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point
  3. Able to speak & read Mandarin, English, Malay. Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Client
  4. High sense of urgency
  5. Good communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills
