Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting department head on all related matters
- To deal with QM issue, daily follow up and reply email accordingly
- To collaborate with china supplier, do market survey and comparison
- To coordinate with purchasing department and provide support to all departments including audit SOP, logistics, travel arrangements etc.
- Establish good relationships with all team members from various departments.
- Able to work closely with purchaser, warehouse, logistics and etc. in providing excellent coordinating requirements
- To performs other related duties and ad-hoc task as assigned job.
- Able to travel when it is needed.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point
- Able to speak & read Mandarin, English, Malay. Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Client
- High sense of urgency
- Good communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills
