About the job

You will primarily be responsible for sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management to support the company's production and operational needs. You will focus on the end-to-end procurement process for materials crucial to manufacturing.

• Source, select & negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality & delivery to obtain the best value for goods & services in line with project timelines.

• Manage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required materials.

• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, non conforming parts & warranty claims.

• Delivery & maintain strong relationships with suppliers & oversee suppliers on time delivery & quality performance.

• Support tender team to obtain latest cost from suppliers.

• Ensure purchasing & procurement activities comply with the company's policies & procedures, code of ethics, values & adherence to relevant laws & regulations.

• Other duties & assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

About the manager/team

Skills and experience required

• Bachelor degree in Business studies/ Engineering/ Supply Chain related field or equivalent experience.
