Job summary

Axxel Marketing is seeking a Procurement Executive in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement processes, sourcing, and managing supplier relationships, requiring strong negotiation skills and fluency in Mandarin and English. Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (compulsory).
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Review procurement documents and prepare Purchase Order.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain documentation.
• Track and schedule all Purchase Orders.

Job description

• Review procurement documents and prepare Purchase Order
• Responsible for the sourcing and negotiating process and purchasing activity with suppliers
• Understand, analyze, and evaluate procurement requirements for products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier
• Track and schedule all Purchase Orders
• Review supplier proposals and invoices
• Coordinate with staff, operations personnel, and vendors – from samples stage till Goods delivered to client.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for audit and control procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in procurement, or supply chain
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Mandarin
• Mandarin speaking is COMPULSORY which have to communicate and liaise with China supplier
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, good team player
• Willing to work at Serdang, Seri Kembangan
