As the Procurement Executive, you will oversee all procurement-related operations. Your work will directly impact the revenue of the company and the efficiency of our supply chain. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and document purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Track delivery schedules and promptly alert stakeholders of any delays.
• Ensure all new and existing products/stocks are accurately updated in the system, including photos, specifications, and stock balances.
• Liaise closely with the warehouse team on stock balance, aging stock data, and all incoming and outgoing stock, including any return stock concerns.
• Perform and support ad-hoc and other procurement/warehouse initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Background or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A team player and problem solver with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills.

Working Arrangement:

On-Site. Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Warehouse team.
