Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in QSR, Food service, Hospitality, or FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Organised, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure.

What you'll be doing

· Manage procurement activities for food, packaging, and store supplies.

· Source, negotiate, and build good relationships with local and international suppliers.

· Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to meet store and business needs.

· Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and stock availability.

· Support cost control and budgeting for procurement.

· Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.

· Coordinate with internal teams like Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing for supply planning.

· To improve procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost savings.

What we're looking for

· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related fields.

· Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in QSR, Food service, Hospitality, or FMCG.

· Proficient in Microsoft Exceland familiar with ERP or procurement systems.

· Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

· Organised, able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

· Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.

· Willing to travel when needed.
