Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Procurement Executive. The candidate will support in handling purchasing operations, sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will play a key role in managing stock levels, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and maintaining smooth supply chain processes to meet company goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels using sales and inventory data.
  • Source and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers for best pricing and terms.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and service.
  • Handle purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier quotations.
  • Ensure smooth procurement operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Plan material requirements to avoid overstock or production delays.
  • Coordinate import shipments, shipping documents, and permits.
  • Resolve supplier issues, complaints, or product quality concerns.
  • Maintain records of orders, deliveries, complaints, and disposals.
  • Support cost control, budgeting, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assist in new product sourcing, material pricing, and supplier evaluation.
  • Monitor inbound logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through system updates and stock adjustments.
  • Use ERP/WMS systems to track procurement and inventory activities.
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by HOD or management.
