Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good with numbers and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies and materials required for the company's projects, including negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to find the best options for quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
  • Place orders based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues with suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to obtain the best deals.
  • Monitor pricing trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient materials are available for projects.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for storage and inventory tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activity and costs for management review.
