Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years in procurement or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good with numbers and cost analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies and materials required for the company's projects, including negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to find the best options for quality, cost, and reliability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers.
- Place orders based on project requirements and timelines.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues with suppliers.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to obtain the best deals.
- Monitor pricing trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient materials are available for projects.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for storage and inventory tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activity and costs for management review.
