Job Scope:
- Coordinate sample requests for client projects
- Handle sales order processing with production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Source and purchase raw materials and food ingredients for flavor creation and application use
- Manage all procurement tasks for the company, not limited to raw materials — including office supplies, packaging materials, lab equipment, and other operational needs.
- Assist the Vice General Manager with OA claims and reimbursements
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or any related disciplines
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the F&B, F&F (flavor & fragrance), or chemical industries
- Able to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, positive attitude, and excellent follow-up skills
- Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and handling Chinese documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
