Powertechnic, "THE LIFTING SPECIALIST," is seeking experienced and potential Procurement Executives to join our growth in Johor (Kulai). With branches in Selangor (Kota Kemuning) and Penang (Simpang Ampat), we are expanding with you.

Job Description
  • Coordinate with related departments and authorities for purchasing materials directly from China suppliers.
  • Communicate internally with Warehouse, Production, Technical & Design, Accounts, QAQC, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare, request, and provide relevant documents for each department, including MRF collection, POs, DOs, invoicing, and other related documents.
  • Understand basic purchasing processes and utilize our internal ERP system, PRO, to streamline operations, manage data, and improve efficiency in local and international settings.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as dealings with China suppliers are in Mandarin.
  • Diploma or Degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience in procurement, logistics, or managing international purchasing environments is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, proactively follow orders, and track raw material arrivals.
  • Capable of working under tight schedules and maintaining good communication with all levels, from Executives to production staff.
  • Friendly, professional, with clear and timely communication regarding material purchases.
