Job description

• Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure that the organization receives the best possible terms and conditions.
• Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all activities are compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that the organization's procurement needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Assist the procurement lead with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Strong command of English. Good command of Mandarin is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately are highly preferred
