Job summary

GREAT WALL MOTOR SALES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive overseas regional policy analysis, localization planning, and supplier management in the automotive parts sector.

You will monitor market dynamics, optimize costs, and ensure efficient procurement processes while working closely with Chinese and English language stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience in the automotive parts industry.
• Familiar with automotive parts procurement operations and processes.
• Excellent cost analysis and control capabilities.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Analyze overseas regional policies, formulate localization plans, and continuously optimize them.
• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers; maintain supplier relationships; negotiate and sign contracts.
• Cost control and benefit analysis: collect market costs, optimize inventory, analyze historical procurement data to improve efficiency.
• Monitor raw material market dynamics and support stage-based decision making.

• Periodicallyanalyzehistoricalprocurementdata,adjustprocurementstrategies,andensureoverallprocurementcostefficiency.

4.Monitorrawmaterialmarketdynamics,collectandanalyzemarketinformation,andprovidesupportforthecompany' s stage‑baseddecision‑making.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above
