A leading construction company in Malaysia is looking for a Procurement Executive to manage tenders and supplier contracts. The role includes sourcing materials, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring timely logistics. Candidates with a professional certification or degree and experience in procurement are encouraged to apply.

Gather and collect market information based on different products.
Provide sourcing support for supplier resources.
Prepare, draft, and manage all tenders and supplier contracts.
Assist in sourcing and in execution for materials, products, and cost reduction negotiations with suppliers, including cross-checking purchase information.
Responsible for Request for Quotation (RFQ), procurement contract, and Purchase Order (PO) execution/processing.
Coordinate and resolve issues arising from contract implementation and procurement activities, ensuring contracts meet requirements and commercial terms.
Establish and maintain a material management ledger, conduct data statistics, and filing.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics of procurement materials—ensuring timely delivery, managing suppliers, tracking inventory, and optimizing transport and storage costs.
Assist in documentation for customs assessment, duty payments, and shipment clearance.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
Minimum 1 year of related experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
